Palina started writing and performing original songs when she was twelve, first performing in a band called Chasing Stormclouds in local gigs. Through her experience writing for and playing percussion, piano, guitar, and ukulele in this band, she expanded her songwriting and showmanship skills. Now, she writes, records, produces, and performs songs under the name Ondine. She released her first solo album, Failed State of Denial, in May 2020. For her college thesis, she released an EP titled Constant Transition, in Three Movements – an exploration of the complexities of home and impermanence. Her latest work is her second full-length album, Ten of Swords, released November 2025.
